PP ATPUSI Sukses Gelar Raker, Siapkan 16 Program Strategis

Jakarta, 25 Januari 2024 - Asosiasi Tenaga Perpustakaan Sekolah Indonesia (ATPUSI) sukses menggelar Rapat Kerja Pengurus Pusat (Raker PP) ATPUSI untuk periode 2022-2026. Raker yang digelar di CICO Resort, Bogor, pada 19-21 Januari 2024 ini berlangsung secara hybrid (luring dan daring) dan dihadiri oleh seluruh Pengurus Pusat ATPUSI.

Raker dibuka oleh Ketua Umum PP ATPUSI, Rachmawati, S.Sos., M.P. Dalam sambutannya, Rachmawati menyampaikan bahwa ATPUSI telah melalui beragam proses dan perkembangan yang luar biasa selama 15 tahun terakhir, yaitu sejak berdirinya ATPUSI di tahun 2009 hingga tahun 2024 ini. Saat ini, ATPUSI telah memiliki 27 pengurus daerah di tingkat provinsi dan 2.889 anggota aktif. Selain itu Rachmawati juga menyampaikan bahwa Raker ini merupakan momentum penting untuk merencanakan beragam kegiatan dan mengokohkan struktur organisasi ATPUSI.

"Raker ini bertujuan untuk menyusun program kerja ATPUSI di tahun 2024," kata Rachmawati. "Selain itu, Raker juga bertujuan untuk memperkuat organisasi ATPUSI, sehingga dapat secara efektif memenuhi amanah serta tuntutan Anggaran Dasar/Anggaran Rumah Tangga."

Raker ini dibagi menjadi dua tahap. Tahap pertama adalah rapat kerja per komisi, yang membahas program kerja masing-masing komisi. Tahap kedua adalah rapat pleno, yang membahas dan mengesahkan program kerja ATPUSI secara keseluruhan. Dari Raker ini dihasilkan 16 program strategis ATPUSI yaitu: 1) Survey Analis Kebutuhan 2) ATPUSI Berbagi 3) Seminar & Expo 4) Peningkatan Kompetensi  Tenaga Perpustakaan Sekolah Berbasis wilayah 5) KPSI V 6) Webinar/Seminar Nasional 7) Talkshow ATPUSI 8) Optimalisasi Web dan IG ATPUSI 9) Pembuatan direktori Pengurus Daerah ATPUSI di seluruh Indonesia 10) Workshop Media & Publikasi 11) Dokumentasi kegiatan ATPUSI 12) Pembuatan video profil ATPUSI 13) Penguatan dan perluasan program kerjasama 14) Penyusunan Pedoman Musda 15) Optimalisasi jaringan komunikasi anggota, dan 16) Penguatan organisasi. Program-program ini nantinya yang kemudian akan diturunkan menjadi beragam kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan PP ATPUSI selama satu tahun ke depan.

Rachmawati berharap, 16 program kerja ATPUSI di tahun 2024 dapat menjadi langkah strategis dalam mendongkrak profesionalisme tenaga perpustakaan sekolah di seluruh Indonesia.

"Kami yakin, dengan adanya Raker ini, ATPUSI dapat semakin berperan aktif dalam mengembangkan dunia perpustakaan sekolah di Indonesia," kata Rachmawati. (tgh)

PP ATPUSI Successfully Holds National Working Meeting, Prepares 16 Strategic Programs

Jakarta, January 25, 2024 - The Indonesian School Librarians Association (Asosiasi Tenaga Perpustakaan Sekolah Indonesia or ATPUSI) has successfully conducted the National Working Meeting (Rapat Kerja Pengurus Pusat or Raker PP) for the 2022-2026 period. The meeting, held at CICO Resort, Bogor, from January 19 to 21, 2024, took place in a hybrid format (offline and online) and was attended by all central executives of ATPUSI.

The opening of the meeting was led by the General Chairperson of PP ATPUSI, Rachmawati, S.Sos., M.P. In her address, Rachmawati conveyed that ATPUSI has undergone various extraordinary processes and developments over the last 15 years since its establishment in 2009 until 2024. Currently, ATPUSI has 27 regional executives at the provincial level and 2,889 active members. Additionally, Rachmawati emphasized that this working meeting is a crucial moment to plan various activities and solidify the organizational structure of ATPUSI.

"This meeting aims to formulate ATPUSI's work program for the year 2024," said Rachmawati. "Moreover, the meeting also aims to strengthen the ATPUSI organization, so that it can effectively fulfill the mandate and demands of the Articles of Association/Bylaws."

The meeting was divided into two stages. The first stage involved working group meetings per commission, discussing the work programs of each commission. The second stage included a plenary meeting to discuss and approve ATPUSI's overall work program. From this working meeting, 16 strategic programs for ATPUSI were formulated, including: 1) Needs Analysis Survey 2) ATPUSI Sharing 3) Seminars & Expos 4) Competency Enhancement for School Librarians Based on Regions 5) KPSI V 6) Webinars/National Seminars 7) ATPUSI Talk Shows 8) Optimization of ATPUSI's Website and Instagram 9) Creation of a directory of Regional Executives of ATPUSI throughout Indonesia 10) Media & Publication Workshop 11) Documentation of ATPUSI's activities 12) Production of ATPUSI's profile videos 13) Strengthening and expanding collaboration programs 14) Formulation of Regional Congress Guidelines 15) Optimization of member communication networks, and 16) Organizational Strengthening. These programs will be translated into various activities to be carried out by PP ATPUSI in the coming year.

Rachmawati hopes that the 16 work programs of ATPUSI in 2024 can be a strategic step in boosting the professionalism of school librarians across Indonesia.

"We believe that with this working meeting, ATPUSI can play a more active role in developing the world of school libraries in Indonesia," said Rachmawati. (tgh)
